M&M and Oreo Bark is easy, quick, and fun to make. This recipe is so easy that kids can make it on their own. Bark is made with a thin layer of chocolate so it can be easily broken into random shapes. This M&M and Oreo bark reminds me of the taste of dipped ice cream cones with sprinkles, which I love! You can make bark in so many ways. So grab some chocolate and toppings and start creating some edible artwork.
How to make M&M and Oreo Bark
Step One:
Melt two cups of chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl.
Step Two:
Cover a cookie sheet pan with wax paper.
Step Three:
Spread the melted chocolate into a thick layer on the wax paper.
Step Four:
Melt two cups of white chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl.
Step Five:
Drizzle the melted white chocolate chips on top of the chocolate layer. Then take a utensil with a thin tip to continue making the design. I used a butter knife tip and made different strokes and designs. Continue moving the tip of your utensil back and forth until you are happy with the design. See the marbled design below.
Step Six:
Sprinkle a 1/2 cup of mini M&Ms over the design.
Step Seven:
Take 6 Oreos and crush them in a bag.
Step Eight:
Sprinkle Oreos over the bark.
Step Nine:
Put bark in the refrigerator for a few hours until it’s hardened.
Step Ten:
Take bark out of the refrigerator and break the bark apart with your hands to get random shapes.
