This Sesame seed bagel recipe is fun and easy to make. Once you taste these bagels you will stop buying bagels from the store or at bakeries. Being able to make your own bagels at home and eat them when they are fresh out of the oven is such a treat!
A sesame seed bagel is the perfect base to make breakfast sandwiches or can be enjoyed with your favorite cream cheese. My favorite way to eat a sesame bagel is with bacon, eggs and cheese or with pastrami and eggs. But the opportunities are endless.
I love that these bagels are packed with protein. Don’t worry, these bagels don’t taste like the boring protein bagels you purchase from a store. These bagels taste like they were made in a bakery!

Step two: Add 1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt to the bowl.

Find a flat surface to work on.

Step Eight: Roll dough in a ball.
Step Nine: Use a knife and cut the dough into four even pieces.
Step Ten: Take one piece of dough and roll it on the flat surface. Roll the dough into a thick rope. Then pinch together the ends to make a circle. Repeat this step for each of the four pieces of dough.
