I love making salted nut roll bars for Christmas, as it’s a family favorite. These bars have the perfect mix of salty and sweet, which can compliment any dessert tray. Whenever I make these bars, I always get requests for the recipe, so I wanted to share it with you.
Can you freeze Salted Nut Roll Bars?
These bars can be frozen. Just take them out of the freezer a few minutes before serving. I always make these Bars for Christmas. I make them a few weeks ahead of time and freeze them. They taste just as good after being frozen. Preparing these bars ahead of time and freezing them it’s a great option and is a time saver!
How to make Salted Nut Roll Bars
Ingredients
- 16 oz. Roasted salted peanuts
- 12 oz. Peanut butter chips
- 10 oz. Bag of miniature marshmallows
- 1 Can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 Tbsp of butter
Instructions

Grease a 9×13 pan.

Sprinkle half of the peanuts in the bottom of the pan.

Melt peanut butter chips and butter together.

Stir in sweetened condensed milk.

Mix in marshmallows and make sure all marshmallows are coated.

Pour mixture on top of peanuts in the pan.

Sprinkle the rest of the peanuts on top and press down on them to make sure they stick.

Refrigerate for a couple hours. Cut bars and enjoy.
