Homemade Chocolate Nut bars are very similar to Salted Nut Roll Bars, except these bars are dipped in chocolate which satisfies any sweet tooth. So if you like these bars you will love my Salted Nut Roll Bars as well! This recipe is for all of the chocolate lovers out there. I make Salted nut roll bars every Christmas; so this year I thought I would kick it up a notch and make Chocolate Nut Bars.
These have become one of my favorite bars. Warning: Once you eat one bar, it will be hard to stop eating them! So make these bars at your own risk.
On the other hand these bars would be an amazing dessert to bring to any holiday or social gathering. This is an easy recipe for kids to make as well, since it doesn’t require baking. I’m sure this would become their favorite as well.

-
Refrigerate for a couple hours and then cut bars.
-
Melt chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and dip each bar in the chocolate.
-

As I mentioned previously these bars are similar to my Salted Nut Roll Bars. As an alternative, you could just drizzle the chocolate on top of the salted nut rolls or you could get wild and dip every bar into chocolate and then let them cool. I prefer dipping each bar into chocolate so you get more chocolate with each bite. But if you are worried about sugar content, then I would recommend just drizzling the chocolate onto the bars. The fun thing about baking is you can make them any way you want!
