Banana nut bread tastes amazing! I love making this bread to have around the house as a fun treat or to make for an event. I also take it a step further and make the bread in a bundt pan to give it a fun look! But beware tossing your banana bread into a bundt pan gives it the appearance of a banana nut cake.Â

Can you use frozen bananas in banana bread?
Frozen bananas work great in banana bread. The bananas taste sweeter after they are frozen! So you no longer have to toss uneaten bananas, just put them in the freezer until you’re ready to start baking. All you have to do is peel the bananas and put them in a microwave safe bowl until they are soft. Mission accomplished!Â
