Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans

Instructions
 

  • Mix together the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl: salt, baking soda, flour, and sugar.
  • In a separate bowl mash the bananas with a fork.
  • Stir the eggs in with the bananas.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl until it is melted. Then mix it in with the eggs and bananas. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
  • Pour the mixture over the first bowl of dry ingredients and mix it together.
  • Grease a loaf pan or bundt pan with cooking spray.
  • Pour the mixture into the pan.
  • Sprinkle chopped pecans on the top and press them into the mixture so that they stick.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
  • Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool.
  • Take a plate and place it over the pan. Gently flip the bread over on the plate so it will come out of the pan and enjoy!
