Mix together the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl: salt, baking soda, flour, and sugar.
In a separate bowl mash the bananas with a fork.
Stir the eggs in with the bananas.
Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl until it is melted. Then mix it in with the eggs and bananas. Stir until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture over the first bowl of dry ingredients and mix it together.
Grease a loaf pan or bundt pan with cooking spray.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Sprinkle chopped pecans on the top and press them into the mixture so that they stick.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool.
Take a plate and place it over the pan. Gently flip the bread over on the plate so it will come out of the pan and enjoy!
