Ingredients:
- 2 frozen loaves of bread dough
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 package of vanilla pudding (Note: You can’t use instant pudding.)
- 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Directions:
- Grease a 9” x 13” pan with cooking spray.
- Break apart one loaf of thawed frozen bread dough in a 9” x 13” pan.
- How to make caramel sauce for the rolls:

- Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl in the microwave until completely melted.
- Mix the following ingredients:
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 large package of vanilla pudding
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- Mix all the ingredients together until it’s smooth.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over the caramel.
- Break apart the second loaf of bread dough over the top of the first layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Flip the rolls over on aluminum foil or into another 9” x 13” pan.
- Let the rolls cool and enjoy.

- 2 unthawed loaves of bread dough (Note: Purchase frozen loafs of bread dough)
- 1 stick of butter
- 1 cup of brown sugar
- 1 package of vanilla pudding (Note: You can't use instant pudding.)
- 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
Instructions
- Grease a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
- Break apart one loaf of thawed frozen bread dough in a 9" x 13" pan.
- Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl in the microwave until completely melted.
- Mix 1 cup of brown sugar with the butter.
- Add 1 large package of vanilla pudding.
- Add 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream.
- Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
- Mix all the ingredients together until it's smooth.
- Pour the caramel mixture over the dough.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over the caramel.
- Break apart the second loaf of bread dough over the top of the first layer.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
