Caramel Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 unthawed loaves of bread dough (Note: Purchase frozen loafs of bread dough)
  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 package of vanilla pudding (Note: You can't use instant pudding.)
  • 2 tbsp of heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tsp of cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Grease a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
  • Break apart one loaf of thawed frozen bread dough in a 9" x 13" pan.
  • Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl in the microwave until completely melted.
  • Mix 1 cup of brown sugar with the butter.
  • Add 1 large package of vanilla pudding.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
  • Mix all the ingredients together until it's smooth.
  • Pour the caramel mixture over the dough.
  • Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over the caramel.
  • Break apart the second loaf of bread dough over the top of the first layer.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  • Flip the rolls over on aluminum foil or into another 9' x 13' pan.
  • Let the pecan caramel rolls cool and enjoy.
