Grease a 9" x 13" pan with cooking spray.
Break apart one loaf of thawed frozen bread dough in a 9" x 13" pan.
Melt 1 stick of butter in a bowl in the microwave until completely melted.
Mix 1 cup of brown sugar with the butter.
Add 1 large package of vanilla pudding.
Add 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream.
Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon.
Mix all the ingredients together until it's smooth.
Pour the caramel mixture over the dough.
Sprinkle 1 cup of pecans over the caramel.
Break apart the second loaf of bread dough over the top of the first layer.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Flip the rolls over on aluminum foil or into another 9' x 13' pan.
Let the pecan caramel rolls cool and enjoy.
