Since there’s so much protein in each bar, it’s a guilt free snack. So instead of buying protein bars from the store that usually have a ton of extra ingredients, try making these easy No-Bake Coconut Nut Bars.
Easy 3 Ingredient Coconut Nut Bars
This amazing food recipe has only 3 ingredients. All you need is mixed nuts, chocolate chips, and shredded coconut. With these three simple ingredients, you’ll have delicious nut bars that you’ll love to make. I usually have these ingredients in my kitchen already, so it’s easy for me to whip these bars up on the fly.
How to Make Homemade Coconut Nut Bars
Ingredients:
- 22 Ounces of Mixed Nuts
- 6 Ounces of Milk Chocolate Chips
- 1/3 Cup of Shredded Coconut
Instructions:
- Note: You can adjust the amount of ingredients for different size pans.
- Line a 8.5 x 5.5 pan with wax paper.
- Pour 22 ounces of mixed nuts into the pan.
- Melt 6 ounces of milk chocolate chips.
- Pour melted chocolate over the nuts. Make sure the top of the nuts are covered in chocolate. The chocolate will run down through the nuts and will hold the bars together.
- Sprinkle the shredded coconut on top.
- Put the pan in the fridge for one hour to set.
- Once the chocolate is dry, cut and enjoy.
