Method
- Line a 8.5 x 5.5 pan with wax paper.
- Pour 22 ounces of mixed nuts into the pan.
- Melt 6 ounces of milk chocolate chips.
- Pour melted chocolate over the nuts. Make sure the top of the nuts are covered in chocolate.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut on top.
- Put the pan in the fridge for one hour to set.
- Once the chocolate is dry, cut and enjoy.
