Caramel Chocolate Pretzel Bark is a quick and fun snack to make. It’s the perfect combination of a salty and sweet treat. I love making this bark for a quick snack to have around the house. Since this recipe makes many bark pieces, I usually end up freezing the bark. Then I take the bark out 15 minutes ahead of time when I want a treat.
This bark also serves as the perfect movie night snack. So when you’re in a pinch, whip up this bark and sit down and enjoy a show. There is nothing better than enjoying a movie with a salty and sweet treat. And to top that off, not having to spend hours in the kitchen baking is even better! This bark is the perfect treat to satisfy your cravings.
How is bark made?
Bark is usually made in a thin layer so it can easily be broken apart with your hands into random shapes. I’ve always thought bark looks like a work of art, since it’s broken into shapes. However, this recipe is a little different. Since there are pretzels on the bark, you will need to cut the bark with a knife instead of breaking it apart with your hands. But don’t worry the bark still tastes amazing, regardless of the shape it’s cut into.
Bark can be made in so many different ways. If you fall in love with how easy it is to make this bark. Try my M&M and Oreo Bark which also tastes amazing! Speaking of how easy it is to make these bark recipes, if you have kids they will love making these recipes as well. This recipe does not require any baking so you don’t have to worry about heating an oven.
This bark is also very similar to Chocolate Caramel Pretzel Bars, which are much thicker. Both recipes have a great combination of salty and sweet but are made a little differently. Try out both recipes and see which one is your favorite.
