Easy Banana Muffins Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 1/4 cups of flour
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup of butter

Method
 

  1. Mix together flour, salt, baking soda, and sugar in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl mash bananas with a fork or potato masher.
  3. Add eggs to the mashed bananas and mix together.
  4. Melt butter in a separate dish. Then add it to the eggs and banana mixture. Mix until the mixture is smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the first bowl of dry ingredients and mix until it's smooth.
  6. (Optional: Use muffin liners to line your muffin pan.)
  7. Grease a muffin pan or liners with cooking spray.
  8. Pour the mixture into the muffin pan.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
  10. Take muffins out of the oven and let them cool.
