Mix together the following ingredients in a large mixing bowl: flour, sugar, salt and baking soda.
In a separate bowl mash the bananas.
Mix the eggs with the mashed bananas.
Melt the butter in the microwave. Mix the butter, eggs, and bananas until it's smooth.
Pour the mixture over the first bowl of dry ingredients and mix it together.
Grease a bundt pan or a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Pour the mixture into the pan.
Optional: Sprinkle chopped pecans on the top of the mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes.
Take the bread out of the oven and let it cool.
Take a plate and gently flip the bread over on the plate so it will come out of the pan. Before attempting this step, make sure the bread is cool.
Take 25 caramel squares and put it in a microwave safe bowl. Add 2 tablespoons of heavy whipping cream.
Microwave the caramel and heavy whipping cream for 20 second intervals until the caramel is melted.
Stir the caramel and heavy whipping cream and drizzle it over the banana bread. Enjoy!
