Get a cookie sheet or baking pan and line it with wax paper.
Melt 1 1/2 cups of chocolate chips and spread the chocolate over the wax paper in a thick layer.
Gently press pretzels into chocolate. All of the chocolate should be covered with one layer of pretzels.
Unwrap 25 caramel squares and put them in a microwave safe bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of heavy whipped cream to the bowl of caramels and microwave it for 20 second increments. Microwave it for 20 second increments until the caramel is melted. Once the caramel is melted, mix the caramel and whipped cream until the mixture comes together.
Drizzle caramel over pretzels.
Repeat steps 3-5. (Add a second layer of pretzels and then drizzle a second layer of caramel.)
Put 1/2 cup of chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and melt the chips. Once the chocolate chips are melted, drizzle the chocolate on top.
Put the pan in the refrigerator to cool and harden.
Once the bars are cool, take the bars out of the refrigerator and cut them into bars.
