Add flour, yogurt, salt, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl.
Mix ingredients until they come together.
Start kneading dough in the bowl until it comes to a ball.
Sprinkle flour on the ball.
Sprinkle flour onto a clean flat surface, such as a countertop.
Place dough on a flat surface and continue to knead the dough. If it gets too sticky add more flour.
Roll the dough in a ball.
Cut the dough into 4 pieces.
Roll each of the pieces of dough into a thick rope.
For each rope, pinch together the ends to make a circle.
Crack one egg in a small bowl.
Add 2 tablespoons of water and whisk together.
Take a baking brush and brush egg wash over bagels.
Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over bagels.
Place bagels on a baking sheet. (Make sure you spray your baking pan with cooking spray or use parchment paper. I prefer to use parchment paper.)
Bake bagels in the oven for 25 minutes at 375.
