Cinnamon Sugar Bagels

Cinnamon sugar bagels taste amazing!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • Cinnamon and Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Water

Method
 

  1. Add flour, yogurt, salt, and baking soda to a large mixing bowl.
  2. Mix ingredients until they come together.
  3. Start kneading dough in the bowl until it comes to a ball.
  4. Sprinkle flour on the ball.
  5. Sprinkle flour onto a clean flat surface, such as a countertop.
  6. Place dough on a flat surface and continue to knead the dough. If it gets too sticky add more flour.
  7. Roll the dough in a ball.
  8. Cut the dough into 4 pieces.
  9. Roll each of the pieces of dough into a thick rope.
  10. For each rope, pinch together the ends to make a circle.
  11. Crack one egg in a small bowl.
  12. Add 2 tablespoons of water and whisk together.
  13. Take a baking brush and brush egg wash over bagels.
  14. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over bagels.
  15. Place bagels on a baking sheet. (Make sure you spray your baking pan with cooking spray or use parchment paper. I prefer to use parchment paper.)
  16. Bake bagels in the oven for 25 minutes at 375.
