Add 1 1/2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl.
Add 1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt to the bowl.
Add one tablespoon of baking powder to the bowl.
Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt. (If you don’t have a 3/4 teaspoon, add three 1/4 teaspoons.)
Start mixing the dough together and knead the dough with your hands. If the dough gets too sticky, sprinkle a little flour on your hands. Continue to knead the dough until it comes together in a ball.
Sprinkle flour on a clean flat surface, such as a countertop.
Take the dough ball out of the bowl and continue to knead it on the flat surface.
Roll dough in a ball.
Use a knife and cut the dough into four even pieces.
Take one piece of dough and roll it on the flat surface. Roll the dough into a thick rope. Then pinch together the ends to make a circle. Repeat this step for each of the four pieces of dough.
Make your egg wash for the bagels. Crack one egg into a small bowl and add 2 teaspoons of water. Whisk together mixture with a fork or a mini whisk.
Dip a baking brush into the egg wash and brush the bagels with the mixture. The egg wash will give the bagels a beautiful golden brown color. Then sprinkle everything seasoning on top. (You can get everything seasoning in most grocery stores.)
Transfer the bagels onto a baking sheet or a sprayed pan. I prefer to use baking sheets.
Bake the bagels in the oven at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
