Oreo Bagel

These Oreo bagels are for all of the Oreo lovers out there! These bagels taste like a sweet dessert.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 1/2 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Baking Powder
  • 3/4 tsp Salt
  • 3 Oreos
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 tsp Water

Method
 

  1. Add 1 1/2 cups of flour in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add 1 1/2 cups of plain greek yogurt to the bowl.
  3. Add one tablespoon of baking powder to the bowl.
  4. Add 3/4 teaspoon of salt. (If you don't have a 3/4 teaspoon, add three 1/4 teaspoons.)
  5. Start mixing the dough together and knead the dough with your hands. If the dough gets too sticky, sprinkle a little flour on your hands. Continue to knead the dough until it comes together in a ball.
  6. Sprinkle flour on a clean flat surface, such as a countertop.
  7. Take the dough ball out of the bowl and continue to knead it on the flat surface.
  8. Roll dough in a ball.
  9. Use a knife and cut the dough into four even pieces.
  10. Take one piece of dough and roll it on the flat surface. Roll the dough into a thick rope. Take a knife and cut half way into the rope all the way down the rope, so it creates a pocket. Then pinch together the ends to make a circle. Repeat this step for each of the four pieces of dough.
